The Experience
Yes. We’ll have plenty of opportunity to talk before the wedding so I can get to know you both and understand what you want from the day.
We’ll cover your venue, timings, music, important moments, your guests and the overall atmosphere you’re hoping to create.
The idea is that by the time I arrive on the day, I already understand what matters to you.
Yes.
Depending on the package you choose, I can be involved well beyond the evening reception. I can help with timings, communicate with your venue and other suppliers, introduce key moments and help keep everything moving smoothly.
Weddings don’t always run exactly to time, so I’ll adapt with the day rather than making you feel tied to a rigid schedule.
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll start building a clear picture of your wedding and how you want it to feel.
As the day gets closer, we’ll work through the important details together, including timings, music, introductions, formalities and anything else that matters to you.
By the time the wedding arrives, I’ll already know the plan and the things that are most important to you.
Popular wedding dates, particularly Saturdays during peak wedding season, can book well in advance.
If you already have your date and venue confirmed, it’s worth checking availability early. There’s no harm in asking, and it gives you one less thing to worry about later.
Yes. When you book me, you’re booking me personally to look after your wedding.
I’ll be the person you deal with during the planning process and the person there with you on the day, so you know exactly who you’re working with from the start.
That’s absolutely fine. Weddings rarely run exactly to the minute, so I always allow for a bit of flexibility.
If speeches, photographs, food or anything else takes longer than expected, I’ll work with the venue and other suppliers to adjust things smoothly without making your day feel rushed.
